The Cabin at Highland Realm
Located just 1 hour southwest of Nashville, 20 minutes from Columbia and 15 minutes from the Natchez Trace Parkway near the village of Hampshire, TN.
Our cedar cabin is set in a lovely wooded area on a 200 acre all-natural, bio-dynamic, chemical free blueberry farm.
If you come during the month of June or early July you might enjoy picking some nice ripe blueberries. Wifi is spotty in this area so be prepared to be unplugged! There is a small pond close by and lots of room to explore. If you are looking for a quiet retreat to enjoy nature to its fullest, this is the place!
Cabin reservation is available for a minimum of two nights.
Ishatae, A Quiet Place
If you want to get away for some reflective time to find your natural rhythm you might consider "Ishatae" (The Quiet Place).
This little cabin offers a unique experience - to be in the woods, to experience the truth of the trees and the quiet that nature offers.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided. Above the kitchenette is a loft with a full-size bed and the living room offers two single beds. The cabin also has a screened in porch which looks off into the woods - the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine from one of the 3 local wineries in Hampshire! Ishatae is the ideal place - for a quiet weekend retreat, time for writing and/or personal growth, or simply enjoying what nature has to offer. Internet is scanty in this area.
